My Tablet or Smartphone Displays a Black Screen

This is not a problem with the Web-e-Book.

Each web-e-book is truly a web page, browser accessible, and operates like any other webpage.

Most likely, your tablet or phone (i.e, iPad or iPhone) are set to “Private Browsing On", which can block access to general websites and the device will then display a black screen when going to

Turn off “Private Browsing" and/or enable “Allow web sites that I go to” in your security settings.
